Why doesn't Viglio see a device?
Viglio can only see devices that broadcast Bluetooth Low Energy signals. Devices that are switched off, in airplane mode or use only Classic Bluetooth are invisible. Keep the app open and the screen on while scanning.

Why does an Apple device show as "Unidentified"?
iPhone does not reveal the type of other Apple devices to apps. In Exam Mode, any device that appears after the room scan is still flagged as new, and you can tag it yourself.

How accurate is the distance?
Distance is estimated from signal strength and can vary with walls, bodies and phone cases. Use the tracking screen (hot/cold sonar) to walk toward a device.

Can Viglio guarantee there is no hidden camera?
No app can guarantee that. The Lens Finder and Infrared Finder help you search; always check suspicious spots by hand.

How do I restore or cancel Viglio Pro?
Open Settings → Viglio Pro → Restore purchases. To cancel, go to your iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

How does a team exam work?
One proctor taps "Team exam" → "Create a new team code" and shares the code. Other proctors tap "Join with a code". When any phone detects a new device, everyone on the team gets the alert.
